And, as a little bonus if you don't have a van yet, if you're vancurious and want to dip your toe in, these are some places I have heard incredible things about to rent a van if you're just getting started!

  • Outdoorsy – They have RV, van, and camper rentals all throughout the US, they offer 24/7 roadside assistance and support, you can pick up your right OR have it delivered right to you, andddd they also offer great insurance coverage for both you and the rig owner!
  • Escape Camper Vans – They have been in business for 16 years, they have road-trip and one way options, 11 rental locations across the US, and also 24/7 roadside assistance.

Full transparency, I have never used either of these companies, these are just ones I have heard good things about. Please do your own research and use your own judgement but never give up on the call to explore if this lifestyle or way of travel seems curious to you!

Happy Traveling!

Xx, Caitie
