Your brain will ALWAYS believe what you tell it....

you want to go to the gym, but ...

"I'm so lazy."

you want to buy this new pair of jeans but ...

"I'm so broke"

you want to talk to that cutie that just walked into the coffee shop but ...

"I'm too scared."

Now these are only a few examples, but the thing I really want to point out is these are only a few examples.

we will use one simple framework to unearth the lies that are limiting you every day.

here is the very large problem...

We don't know what we don't notice, and as you saw from the examples above every decision we make comes with a judgement we make about ourselves along with it.

Shame only lives in the dark, and we live in a time where struggling in silence is more of the norm than we'd like to admit. So if you can't notice the problem, and the problem keeps you isolated it's the hamster wheel of suffering.

And the straw that broke the camels back is that this continues for generations. Not only do the problems keep us captive but marketing and media prey on the very things we are too shameful to talk about. Little girls learn about their limits before they learn how to celebrate their strength.

REDEFINE ONCE AND FOR ALL WHAT WORTHINESS MEANS FOR YOU, AND MAKE IT STICK.

REINFORCE NEW INTERNAL BELIEF SYSTEMS AROUND SCARCITY, CONDITIONING, AND PERFECTIONISM WITH NEW HABITS, PATTERNS, AND SELF-TALK.

RESETING THE BAR FOR SELF-WORTH BY LETTING GO OF COMPARISON, PRACTICING SELF-CARE DRIVEN BY WHOLE AND ABUNDANT WORTHINESS.

REIMAGINING POSSBILITY THROUGH ALLEGIENCE TO SELF AND WHAT WORTHINESS MEANS AT YOUR CORE.

So, I ask you this.
Are you willing to break the cycle?

6 month 1:1 coaching program to transform fear into powerfully embodied worthiness

Hey there,
I'm Cait

I'm an unconvetional coach, a photographer, a vanlifer, an explorer,an educator, a maker, a podcast host, an artist, coffee enthusiast, and food is my love language. i don't have it all figured out and i hope I never do.

I've never played by the rules. My father says my lack of filter is my best and my worst quality. I'm still challenged regularly that my directness somehow translates to agression. Let's just say I've heard a lot of things about myself over the years and to that I say, I could not care less. Life is a grand experiment in an ever changing world with obstacles like banana peels in Mario Kart. I'm just doing my best, helping people along the way, loving my people fully, and usually with a glass of wine in hand.
